Cinnamon and Diabetes
Another positive characteristic of cinnamon is that it helps to regulate the insulin content in the blood. As a result, it has a positive effect on type 2 diabetes. Cinnamon promotes, as it were, the action of the insulin and this lowers blood sugar levels. The insulin can do its job better by using cinnamon.
