Cinnamon and Obesity

Increasingly, there are voices that cinnamon has a favorable impact on fat burning. This is good news for people who suffer from obesity. Several studies have shown that the substance can combat cinnamaldehyde (cinnamaldehyde), which naturally occurs in cinnamon, at least in mice. Chances are that this will be the case for humans as well. In any case, cinnamaldehyde is known for faster fat burning. A nice side effect is that the use of this substance, as far as known, has no side effects.

In November 2017, the results of this study were published in the leading Metabolic Journal.
